To process your return, Please carefully read our return policy and fill out the below submission form.

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, as part of our policy you may return your item/s for a full refund back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days, after your return has been approved. Your return must be processed within 15 days of your receipt of purchase. Return payments are processed after returned item/s are received and inspected. All items must be returned without damage (includes but is not limited to damage to packaging and or product/s) . Return eligible items will be unopened and in their original packaging. All promotional items included such as free items, sample packs, etc, must all be returned with original purchase. This policy does not apply to final sale purchases. All final sale products are non returnable and non refundable.

Exceptions to Policy:

“Tamper proof” – sealed products and hair extensions that are accompanied with sample packs and tamper proof packaging are ineligible for return when a full size product is opened. Sample Packs are free of charge and are able to be used to sample your full size product before opening tamper proof full size products.

Damages:

If any product is returned with damage it is ineligible for return. The items will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued. Damages includes but is not limited to, damage to original packaging that contains product (ex. Wig Boxes, Hair Extension Tamper Sealed Bags), coloring, bleaching, washing, cutting, burning, cut lace, damaged lace, ripped lace, empty full size product packaging, missing and or incomplete sets & pieces to sets, etc.
