Purchasing Guidelines & Returns

Please carefully review our purchasing terms and conditions. By purchasing services and products from us, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the information provided. These terms and conditions are also displayed and visible to the public at our service centers for your reference.

General Terms and Conditions

Accepted Forms of Payment:

  • PayPal: Used for deposits & website full payments (pay later option not accepted). In-store orders require a PayPal deposit with the remaining balance due at check-out. Full payment is required for online mail-in service orders. PayPal accepts credit and MasterCard payments.
  • Visa & MasterCard (Credit/Debit): Accepted for both online and in-store purchases.
  • Zelle: Available for in-store purchases only.
  • Apple Pay: Available for in-store purchases only.

General Services Terms & Conditions for All Service Purchases:

  • All services are non-refundable once the service has begun.
  • Wig customization and wig creation services are non-returnable.
  • Wig creation services are offered one complimentary remake if your wig doesn’t fit properly or requires minor resizing.
  • A deposit is required with the remaining balance due at check-out for in-store orders.
  • Full payment is required for mail-in orders.
  • We only use 100% human hair – no synthetic hair or blends.

General Products Terms & Conditions:

  • You are required to inspect your order upon delivery. If items are missing, please notify us via your order confirmation email, within 48 hours of delivery. Missing items reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for credit or replacement.
  • Returns can be made within 15 days of delivery. After that, the order is ineligible for return.
  • Website products purchased from our website are ineligible for exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a full refund to your original payment method. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please submit a request, return the item(s), and allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it’s approved. Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and free from any damage, including damage to the product or packaging. All promotional items included in your purchase must also be returned. Refunds will be issued after the returned items are inspected. Please note that final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sample Pack Products: Products accompanied by sample packs and “tamper-proof” sealed packaging, including hair extensions, are not eligible for return once the full-size product has been opened. Sample packs are provided free of charge and are intended to allow you to test the full-size product before opening the tamper-proof packaging.

Damages: Damaged items are ineligible for return. If a product is returned with any damage, it will be sent back to the sender, and no refund will be issued. Damages include, but are not limited to, damage to the original packaging (such as product packaging or tamper-sealed packaging), coloring, bleaching, washing, cutting, burning, cut lace, damaged lace, ripped lace, empty product packaging, or missing/incomplete sets or pieces.

  • Retail in-store product purchases are eligible for return and exchange for equal or lesser value if the exchange meets the following guidelines outlined in this section. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a full refund to your original payment method. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. To initiate your return you must return the item(s), to the service center where your items were purchased and allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it’s approved. Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and free from any damage, including damage to the product or packaging. All promotional items included in your purchase must also be returned. Refunds will be issued after the returned items are inspected. Please note that final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Out of stock: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with the expected restock date. You may choose to wait for the item or cancel your order for a full refund.
  • Wigs & hair extensions that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to cutting of lace, ripped lace, holes in lace, tears, burns, odor, cut hair, missing hair.
  • Mail-in CYOW-BYOH (Create Your Own Wig + Bring Your Own Hair) online services are non-refundable and non-returnable. Wig creation services are offered one complimentary remake if your wig doesn’t fit properly or requires minor resizing.

General Shipping Terms & Conditions for All Purchases:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the carrier directly if you experience issues in transit.
  • We provide carrier insurance for shipments to cover potential loss or damage during transit. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the claims process. We reserve the right to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or refund.

Services

Drop-off / Pick-up Services (In-store Orders):

Requirements & Deposit:
  • A deposit is required with the remaining balance due at check-out for in-store orders.
  • Service Check-In form must be completed before service begins.
Service Deposits:
  • Deposit + processing fee is required upon booking, with remaining balance due at check-out.
Check-in & Completion:
  • Check-in: Orders dropped off on Friday will be available for pick-up the following Tuesday.
  • Order Completion: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and ready for pickup from the date it was checked in. If you need your order completed on the same day, this can be arranged for an additional fee per unit.
  • Completion Confirmation: Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification for pickup. Orders must be collected within 5 business days. After 5 business days, items will be transferred to storage for up to 14 days. After 14 days, unclaimed orders will be donated to charity. No refund or payment will be issued for donated items.
Cancellation:
  • If you need to cancel your drop-off appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule if you notify us at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
  • No-show: If you do not arrive within the 15-minute grace period and do not notify us in advance about needing to reschedule or being a few minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited. You will need to submit a new drop-off deposit and choose a new date for your service.

Hair Installation Services (In-store Orders):

Requirements & Deposit:
  • A deposit is required with the remaining balance due at check-out for in-store orders.
Service Deposits:
  • Traditional Sew-In BYOH: deposit + processing fee required upon booking, with remaining balance due at check-in. Minimum hair length: 4 inches.
  • Braid-less Beaded Hair Extensions Install BYOH: deposit + processing fee required upon booking, with remaining balance due at check-in. Minimum hair length: 8 inches.
  • Braid-less Beaded Hair Extensions Install UOH: deposit + processing fee required upon booking, with remaining balance due at check-in. Minimum hair length: 8 inches.
  • Braided Hair Extensions Install BYOH: deposit + processing fee required upon booking, with remaining balance due at check-in. Minimum hair length: 8 inches.
  • Braided Hair Extensions Install UOH: deposit + processing fee required upon booking, with remaining balance due at check-in. Minimum hair length: 8 inches.
  • Mesh Integration System Install UOH: deposit + processing fee required upon booking, with remaining balance due at check-in. Minimum hair length: 8 inches.
  • On the Go Hair Extension & Wig Installation: deposit + processing fee required upon booking, with remaining balance due at check-in. Minimum hair length: 8 inches (Clip-Ins/ Halos, ponytails, U-Part Wigs).
Appointment Confirmation:
  • Once your booking is created, you will receive an instant notification with the appointment date and time, followed by a confirmation email containing your order number.
Appointment Disclaimers:
  • We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. Our services are faith-based and include practices such as worship music, open prayer, and faith-based communication.
  • Children, pets, and extra guests are not allowed at service appointments.
  • Retail items can be selected before completing final payment at checkout.
  • Smoking and foul odors are not permitted. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment if this occurs.
Media Release:
  • We take before-and-after photos and videos of your installation. These may be used for promotional purposes on our social media. If you prefer not to have your face captured, please notify us before the start of your appointment via your confirmation email. Otherwise, we will proceed with capturing photos and videos.
Cancellation Terms:
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Failure to arrive within the 15-minute grace period will result in your deposit being forfeited, and you will need to book a new appointment along with a new deposit.
  • If you need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule if you notify us at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Hair Installation Aftercare:
  • Aftercare instructions for optimal results will be provided during your appointment. Failure to follow these instructions may result in hair loss or damage. We will not be held liable if aftercare instructions are not followed.
Additional Disclaimers:
  • By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that any medical conditions affecting your ability to receive service were disclosed at the time of booking via your confirmation email.

Mail-in Orders:

Order Requirements:
  • Mail-in service orders require that your items be mailed to our facility within 24 hours of placing the order.
Order Completion:
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping back to you after we receive and accept your items.
Mail-in Instructions:
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to follow our Mail-in Order Instructions document to ensure proper retrieval of your items.
  • It is also the customers’ responsibility to pay for shipping their items to us.
  • We recommend using a verified carrier and purchasing insurance for the shipment.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs.
